Pictures

Alright this is where you get to view the pictures. I put them here because incorporating them into the story is kind of hard and unorganized. There are many more pictures than this, and even videos, but I will share with you what I selected. There are captions by each of the pictures:

This is the square! It´s a lot bigger in person/my camera isn´t big enough for it.
This is the view of the literally 7 lane road right ouside the house. You can see Julie´s green thumb techniques on the bottom right haha
This is Mom an Jacob Bock, probably explaining to us some hilarious story like he always does. He is such a funny guy
This is the first room in the Prayer House, where you walk in. The kitchen is barely visible on the right, next to Brennan. The bench thing is for the booth-like area in the cafè.
This is another shot of the first room. Tables will eventually go in by the booths. The tape under the benches is for painting, which Amanda and I did.
Here is the first night of evangelism we saw. This is on the square after one of 3 rounds that they do, where someone stands on the red box and gives their testimony, and then someone will preach a message, and then someone will play the guitar. This is a couple being prayed for.
In this picture are 2 sets of 1 on 1 evangelism taking place. The one on the left is Arnold and the one closest to us is Maritza, who played guitar and did a message.
Another picture of 1 on 1 evangelism with Jacob Bock in the middle. There is some smal group evangelism on the left side. The foam on the ground Arnold used to represent the Berlin Wall in his message about there being a similar wall that we create between us and God. And yes, it is on the ground because he showed that we can tear it down.
 Some of the kitchen area.
 Fuller view of the kitchen
The white newspaper-like stuff on the walls is paper maché to make it look like the rocks, which will be painted over so it will look like them.

This is part of Retiro, the park I mentioned in the post titled ¨Prayer House¨. This park is so beautiful.
A long walkway in the park. There were lots of these.
 Flowers from Retiro
The silly one... Left to Right: Jacob, Julie, Laurie, Lyle. (The women didn´t know it was a silly one... Or else they just don´t know how to be silly. You decide)

The serious-but-yet-Jacob-and-Lyle-can´t-really-be-serious-picture. Haha and the women are still taking a serious one. (Except it was supposed to be serious this time)

Alright I hope you enjoyed this small preview. We are working hard here and eating very well and very Spanishy. I think since last night we have finally adapted into sleeping in our 8 hours different time zone. If it takes me up to 3 nights again when we get back, I will probably fall asleep in school quite often. But it won´t ever be more worth it.
